A number of fresh research efforts
have provided new information about the future rate of climate change and the
impact that global warming could have on the planet.
Lately,
climatologists from Stanford University and the Carnegie Institution released a study review
in the journal Science that
investigated 27 various climate models and discovered temperatures could go
beyond 3.6 degrees F over a big part of the Earth from 2046 to 2065 and 7.2 F
from 2081 to 2100, if present patterns prevail.
